How do I get the task to print on the schedule lines?

I'm in contruction business. We print our project files on 24x36" paper. My
clients have a hard time reading the schedule/project. How do I get the task
to print on the schedule lines so they can follow the schedule?

Hi Tracy,

I'm not sure I understand completely what you are looking for.

If you want to print the name of the task next to the Gantt bars (what I
think you mean by "schedule lines") go to Format > Bar Styles in the menu.
In the Bar Styles dialog box, select the bar for the "Task" and at the
bottom of the dialog box, click the Text tab. By default you will see
"Resource Names" in the "right" section. You can add the name of the task
by selecting the area (Left, Right, Top, Bottom, Inside) and then selecting
the Name field from the drop down list.
Repeat for "Critical Task" as needed.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Julie
