How do I get to a second page in PowerPoint?

Crazy Question! I am doing a newsletter for my company and I get the first
page set up the way I want it and go to the next page and try to change the
layout or the design and it changes the first page. How do I start fresh and
the second page without changing the first?

Go to File and select New slide for a second and subsequent slides. You may
also see a toolbar with New slide on it.

I'm not sure what you are doing that changes the first slide, unless you are
working on the slide master. Make sure that this is not the case. The slide
master is where you set the font and size and insert any graphics that you
wish to appear on all slides. It is found under the View | Master |Slide
Master. Hope this helps.

PowerPoint isn't really designed for doing publishing work, but since all
the pages do not have to be kept in the same file, I'd suggest making
additional PPT files .(MyDocument_Page1.ppt, MyDocument_Page2.ppt ... )

This is much easier to do in programs designed for printing, like Word and
Publisher, but if you are forced to use Powerpoint, it can be done.

To apply a design to one slide only - hover the mouse over the design in the
design pane and click the drop down arrow - select selected slide only
