Wants a Manual I Can Hold In My Hand!

When I type a document and my sentence happens to end at the left margin Word
oesn't adjust for that and starts my next sentence 2 spaces in from the left
margin. If I delete those spaces and then later go back and change the
document, Word doesn't remember I need 2 spaces after the period and I have
to change it back. How do I get Word to automatically take off the spaces
after a period at the left margin and automatically put spaces after a period
when they are not at the left margin?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Compatibility | uncheck the "Wrap
trailing spaces to next line" box | OK.
