How do I group text boxes that are on different pages?

I'm trying to make a contents page template that when you delete a contents
heading, the relevant body text will also disappear, but how do you group
text boxes that aren't on the same page? It's really annoying!!

Are there any other ways of making the contents page with out using text
boxes?

You're approaching this backward. In the first place, why are you using text
boxes instead of ordinary document text? It would appear that your TOC is
not generated automatically (Word wouldn't see your headings in text boxes,
for one thing), but if you use ordinary text and headings you can generate
the TOC automatically so that it always represents the text that is in the
document. To delete content by deleting a heading, you can use Outline view;
