how do I hack a password protected *.pst

I have an enduser that password protected her *.pst file and her computer
crashed now she can't remember what she put as a password. Is there any way
to pull her contacts out of her *.pst?

For Outlook 2003, no. For Outlook versions prior to that, Google is your
friend.
