How do I hyperlink to a specific text box in publisher

PLEASE HELP

I want to be able to hyperlink from a list of peoples name in a word
document to a specific text box in publisher. I can hyperlink to the complete
publisher document but not to specific text boxes. I am pulling my hair out,
Please Please Please will someone help me.
