How do I import addresses from Outlook Contacts into Word envelop.

I have a new Dell computer that includes Microsoft Office 2004. How do I
import names and addresses fro Outlook Contacts into Work envelopes and labels

Since Office 2004 is a Macintosh program, I don't think you have it on a
Dell.

Perhaps you mean Works Suite 2004?
