How do I import.DBX files?

I backed up my Outlook 2000 folders (.DBX) files. Now
with a fresh install of Office, how can I import these
folders in to Outlook?

Outlook 2000 does NOT use dbx files. What you had was outlook EXPRESS.
To import these files into OUTLOOK, you need first to import them into
Outlook EXPRESS and then either export to OUTLOOK or to import them from
Outlook EXPRESS.
