How do I import my saved email from a pst file to my inbox?

Click File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to the PST, select it, and click
OK. You'll now have access to the data it contains, provided it's not
corrupt. After that, drag-and-drop or right-click>Copy to move your data
from the added PST to your Inbox.
