How do I insert the Office 2003 main menu?

I reinstalled Office 2003 Teacher Edition & downloaded SP3 but I do not have
the main menu to click on to start the program. I have a document form and I
can get the Word page.

you're asking about, then maybe you can elaborate on what "main menu"
you mean and how you previously accessed it before reinstalling.
