How do I install Word 2003 Text with Layout save as type?

I recently upgraded from Word 2002 to Office/Word 2003 and cannot get "Text
with Layout" text converter installed via setup. I cannot see it in any of
the installation/setup converters. This was available in Word 2002.

If you are trying to save as "Text with layout," select "Plain text." You
will get a dialog giving you various options.

We had this problem and searched for months but never found any answers. Try
downloading "OCONVPCK.EXE" from the link below. Copy that file to your
C:Windows folder and run from there. After restarting it should work.
