How do I keep my Outlook Settings and Data?

Do I install 2003, then delete 2007 or the other way round.
I need to keep settings and data, which migrated from 2003 at the time I
installed 2007.

Only one version of Outlook can be installed at any one time, so you will
need to re-install Outlook 2003.

Since 2003 cannot 'upgrade' the later version you need to uninstall 2007,
first.

Have you try using
Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard
It should be in Office tools folder.
Let me know.
