How do I lay out a book to print in signatures in Publisher?

I want to print my own books for hand binding. Publisher says it can print
booklet of four pages. But I want to print a book of many pages in groups of
these "booklets" called signatures. Each signature would be 8-10 pages (to be
folded together) and then all the folded signatures are sewn together. Is
there a way to lay out a document to print this way in Publisher?

Detail: first 16 pages of text print as 8 double-sided pages with the
odd-numbered pages on one side of the page and even numbered pages on the
other side. These pages stack together so that when folded, you can read them
like a book. The next 16 pages (or whatever was selected as the size of the
signature) print in the same way, so that when the folded sections are held
together they form a real book.

Thanks for any help ...

Try File > Print > Pages x to y > OK > Print as Separate Booklet: Yes
