How do I lock a caption to an object?

Hi! This sounds like the simplest thing ever, but I just can'r figure it out.
I've inserted a caption to a graph in word. What I now want is for the
caption to automatically follow along when I move the graph. How do I do that?

I've not had a problem when moving the object and caption at the same time.

If both graph and caption are In Line With Text, format whichever appears
first as "Keep with next." This will assure that they stay on the same page.
If you are moving them using cut and paste or by dragging, make sure you
select both together. If they are wrapped, then you should be able to group
them, but a more satisfactory solution generally is to insert both inline,
then select them together and insert a frame (using the Insert Frame button
from the Forms toolbar). You can then position the frame as required.
