How do I lock graphics on a page?

I have a logo on my word template - other userd can still move it on the page
even after saving it as a template and checking the lock button under the
options?

If you anchor the logo to the header (First Page Header if you want it only
on the first page), it will be protected from inadvertent relocation.

I probably should have mentioned this earlier, but I don't want to put the
logo into the header or top of the page. This is a custom letterhead and the
logo is half way down the page on the left hand margin. Any other ideas? I'm
stumped.

There's no reason you can't put a logo halfway down the left side of the
page. As long as it's anchored to the header paragraph (and wrapped), it can
be anywhere on the page.
