How do I mail merge in the body of a letter?

zi'm trying to setup a letter using mail merge and I'm having problems with
doing this. I can't remember how to use the data field in th body of the
letter.

Hi,

To insert the data field, please choose the required fields using 'Insert
Word Field' from the 'Mail Merge' tool bar that is displayed after the data
source step is completed.
