How do I make a booklet that folds vertically like a calendar?

I'm trying to make a booklet on Legal-size paper in Publisher that folds from
the top edge like a calendar instead of from the size. I've tried all kinds
of Page Setup options, but I can't seem to get the program to recognize what
I'm trying to do.

A multi-page tent card?

I tried that, but unfortunately the pages print out in the wrong order for
making a booklet. The tent-card setup only recognizes two frames per
finished page versus the 4 frames recognized by the booklet setup. I still
need pages 1 and 2 to print back to back, not on the same page of paper.
Thanks.

Design on a tent card setup, and then before you print, change the setup to
booklet and rotate 90°?

Alternatively, consider FinePrint from www.fineprint.com (It can do stuff
like this, although I'm not sure whether this specific task is on its
featurelist).

I have tried rotating the objects, but I will unfortunately have to re-format
the entire booklet. The objects themselves will rotate, but their positions
on the page remain the same. I will be forced to move all of the objects
around on the page while staring at the screen cockeyed in order to re-align
all of the objects on the page. Since I don't want a crick in my neck and I
don't think I should set the monitor on its side, I think I'll just cut and
paste and wait for Microsoft to add this feature to Publisher in a plug-in or
in future editions. Thanks.

1) Deselect any text boxes
2) Ctrl+A
3) Ctrl+Shift+G
4) Rotate
5) Ctrl+Shift+G
