How do I make a rule to move incoming messages from a specific domain

I'd like to move all my messages fro the @paypal.com an @ebay.com
domain to dedicated folders.
How would I do that? (regardless of what preceeds the @)

I was trying to do it another way (based on email domain specifically
rather than by any text)
