how do i make glittery pictures?

i've seen people with glittery pictures on their presentations but i don't
know how you make them. can n e one help?

They're (usually) animated gifs.

Try insert > movies and sounds > movie from clip art
search for shine with type "movies" selected. (you may need to be online)

Should get a glittery Christmas tree

alternatly search online
