How do I make messages sent to myself show in inbox?

I am using Outlook 2007 --- I need to "file" some of my msgs into folders and
sometimes send e-mail messages to myself as CC: or TO;. These messages
"ping" and show up for an instant in the inbox, and then disappear. How can
I make them show as any other message in my inbox?
