How do I make my own logo in Publisher?

I have created a group of text and pictures to create my own logo. Can i
make this an object so i can resize it w/o changing the text size and moving
the picture each time?

You can save it as a picture... Select all, right-click, save as picture.
If you have earlier versions of Publisher, select all, copy, paste special...
