How do I make several slides upon clicking go to a previous slide

I am making a presentation and want slides 4-28 that everytime goes back to
slide 3 but I do not know how please help

Select the object you want users to click. Insert|Hyperlink. Choose "place
in this document" and there, choose slide 3.

Now either copy that to each slide 4-28, or put it on a slide master
associated with those slides.

As well as what Echo said another way is to make slides 4 - 28 a custom show
(slide show > custom show > new) and link to it from slide 3 with an action
button that hyperlinks to "custom show" If you also click "show and return"
it will do just that. To return from the custom show either wait till it ends
or press esc

What Echo and John said plus don't forget to untick advance slide on mouse
click in the slide transition pane on slides 3-28.
