How do I move a milestone above timeline and not on top of it

When I move a milestone on a timeline about the timeline, it automatically
places it on top of the timeline. I want it to be just above. How do I do
that?

Select the milestone and open it's shapesheet (menu bar > Window > Show
Shapesheet). In the Shape Transform section, change he LocPinY value to
Height*0, or make it slightly negative -- depending upon how much offset you
want. You might have to enclose the new entry inside guard( ), but I don't
think so.
