How do I move my emails mess in Microsoft Outlook 2003 to their fi

I just started Office Pro Edition 2003 and I am trying to learn how I can
move messages from the same person to its own file in Microsoft Outlook. Not
one by one! In 2000 version I was able to get all the massages by names then
I will move them all in time. This is what I am trying to learn to do.

You could also post or search here

and you might try this:
first, create the folder to move emails to. File/New/Folder
second, create a rule with the conditions you select. Right click on the
email/Create Rule.
