How do I move Office 2003 from an old computer to a new one?

Shortly thereafter I realized I needed to get a new laptop. How do I remove
Office 2003 from the old laptop, which I am getting rid of, and then install
it on the new laptop? Please be precise. I am about as technologically

Uninstall Microsoft Office
Install on new PC

Since you are getting rid of the old laptop, you may care to use its
supplied recovery cd or partition to put it back to the condition it was
supplied in. This has the added benefit of removing any of your installed
programs or data and settings.
Ensure you have backed up / copied any of your data files to media first.
