hello,
Im currently at work, and i we are using microsoft exchange for the
mailboxes. I can normally add a users inbox to the server so i can monitor
their emails from the server aswel as them using the mailbox from their
machine.
I have a mailbox that i wish to enter, but i receive the following error.
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The file C:\Documents and
settings\Administrator.**company name**\local settings\apllication
data\microsoft\outlook\outlook4.ost cannot be accessed. you must connect to
your microsoft exchange server computer at least once before you can use your
offline folder file"
This is unusual, as this particular user is a remote user and doen'st have a
fixed workstation. But all the other remote users i can add to the servers
profiles with no problems at all.
im wondering if anyone can help me with this problem??
