how do i open sample files in project and get training?

i have microsoft project professional 2003. when i loaded it put some sample
files on my pc for training. however, when i open the sample file(s) there
are no instructions/training guides.

Where did the sample files come from?

Did you access the "samples" by clicking File - New and then clicking the On
My Computer link in the sidepane? If so, these are not samples. They are
templates that Microsoft includes with the software. Hope this helps.
