How do I open the catalog in Publisher w/o closing & reopening pro

I know that when you open Publisher the catalog automatically opens. But
once you're done and close it to finish the product, how do you reopen the
catalog without closing and reopening publisher?

File > New.
The Catalog task pane will appear

Select a category, and the full Catalog will appear.
