How do I paste images from Internet to Microsoft Word

Unable to paste images from Internet to Microsoft Word or any Office
software. I have Office 2003. Word Updates, removing picture placeholder
check, paste special instead of paste etc. have all failed. Can copy some
small (but not enlarged) images using cut and paste but unable to save to a
file and then insert. If I try to save to a file it only allows me to do so
via .art or .bitmap extensions and when I try to insert that saved file, am
asked for a file conversion that does not then operate regardless of file
type selected. Any help greatly appreciated...Bob

Your cache is full, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
