How do I permanently turn off automatic hyphenation in Publisher?

I want the default setting in Publisher 2003 to be that it won't
automatically hyphenate words. How do I do that?

Apparently that only works in new Publisher documents. Existing documents
still auto-hyphenate even when new text is added.

Tools, Language, Hyphenation. Select all, Uncheck *Automatically hyphenate this
story.*
