How do I prevent e-mail recipients from seeing others on list?

When sending e-mails from Publisher, there isn't an option to send to people
as a bcc. Is there any way to do this? I don't want others to see who the
e-mail is going to, and I can't possibly send one at a time.

You didn't say what version you are using, but Publisher (like Word or
Excel) doesn't actually "send" e-mail, it just uses whatever you are have as
a default mail client. If that is Outlook, it will create a new message in
Outlook, if that is Windows Live Mail, it will create a new Live Mail
message.

You should have the same option available as if you were creating a new
message in one of those programs, if you are not seeing the bcc field then
you need to make that adjustment in the mail client. For example in Outlook
2003, you go to the View menu and check the "BCC" option.

If all else fails, create a new message in your client of choice and attach
the Publisher file rather than using the "Send To" option in Publisher.

I have used an email blaster program called WorldMerge for a number of years.
It allows you to send a message with attachments to any list of email address
which can be created or drawn from a wide variety of programs. I believe that
the company website is www.coloradosoft.com.

One of the frequently-mentioned issues with emailing from Publisher is that
many people do not accept messages with HTML code (which is what Publisher
produces). The general wisdom suggests making a PDF of your Publisher
document (which can be accomplished by installing any of a number of freeware
applications) and printing to that PDF maker as if it were a printer. The
resulting PDF can then be attached to any email message.
