How do I print only the notes, in a large font on small paper?

I know how to print the notes, as the last page after printing my schedule.

However, I would like to print out ONLY the notes, on 8 1/2 x 11 paper in a
large, readable font.

Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You would do best with some vba code - perhaps someone else will step in as
it's not my forté. As a work around, start from the Gantt Chart view and
zoom right out to the maximum. Move the vertical dividing line to the left
so that, say, only the task names are showing. File/Print Preview and in
Page Setup..., change the scaling to, say, 50%, and check in the View tab to
print Notes. Now, in Print Preview, click the multi-page button and see
what the layout is like. If you can contain it to 2 vertical pages, then
you can print it out and discard the tasks pages, leaving just the notes.
Experiment with the % scaling to get the best result.

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

The simplest way I have found is to format the notes to a larger font size
when entering data in the Notes text box... not as high-tech and takes some
time but fairly direct method.
There may be a way to change/set the Notes font as a default, I just havent
had time to check that.
Let us know if you figure out anything else.
Thanks.
