How do I print the combination of views I see on my screen?

I am trying to print a Gantt Chart over my Resource Usage Chart. I can print
either one or the other of the charts but not both together.

Demis,
That's correct because what you see on your display is a split screen.
Project only prints one screen of information at a time.

Suretrack and most every other time line program let you show resource
loading schedules along with a Gantt chart above. In my reading of the
information for the new version of MS Project it was supposed to have the
same functions with it's "Views". It is frustraiting that Micro Soft has
seen the benefit of showing the information like you want it on the screen
but refuses to let you print it. What ever happened to WYSIWYG?

Bemis,
I haven't used Project 2007 very much so I don't know if what you read
referred to added functionality for that version. If it is still not
available with Project 2007, you can always do a screen print - not the
most desirable approach but sometimes you have to bunt. And I agree, it
would be a nice feature.

The only problem with a screen print is that the project is an addition to a
church that is scheduled currently for two years. I am already having to
plot the Gantt on a D size paper to be able to read and use it.

Maybe there is another way to skin this cat??? My company has just upgraded
to MS Project 2007 Server. There are about 9 project managers who will be
using it and I have been designated to work this problem out with how to view
a manpower loaded/leveled schedule.

The architect and general contractor use suretrack and some other time line
program that have the manpower loading/leveling capability.

What they desire to see from my company is the amount of electricians and
other trades we will have on the job on a weekly basis. I need to be able to
show a Gantt type chart with our resource hours per week associated to each
resource.

Bemis,
How about you pray for assistance? Oh, sorry I forgot, God uses
Primavera..... :)

I'm not sure what a Gantt display is going to do for you but I guess
some people just like things in graphic form. I would go with the
Resource Usage view if all you really need is trade bodies per week.
However, Project Server may have some other options that I am not
familiar with (I don't do Server). You might want to post to our sister
newsgroup, microsoft.public.project.server.
