How do I put 2 page # schemes in one doc footer

Is it possible to have at the bottom of the pages in one document two footer
each with a different page start number:

F-1, F-2...
A-98, A-99....

For the 98, 99 use { = { PAGE } + 97 }. You must use Ctrl+F9 to insert
each pair of field delimiters { } and Alt+F9 to toggle the display of field
codes.
