Did you hide the slides? To check go to the slide sorter view, you will see
a little icon in the bottom right corner with a rectangle and a striketrough
line. If that is the case click on the hide/unhide button in the toolbar.
Also check in Side show - Set-up show - next to show slides if you applied a
range by accident, or even if there is a custom show active.
Also check if the slide transition on slides is set to automatically
transition with an large amount of seconds.
