I don't understand the "I have PDF part" but...........
If you have a Publisher file and you do not have Publisher, you could ask
the originator of the file to send it to you as a .pdf file or you could
order the trial version. After your 30 day trial expires, it will act as a
viewer.

You must have Microsoft Publisher in order to view/open/edit Microsoft
Publisher files. The other option is to have the sender create PDF's from
Publisher using Adobe Acrobat (www.adobe.com) or the free PDF converter
(www.primopdf.com)
