How do I reconfigure my Outlook settings in Publisher?

I recently did my first newsletter for our business using Publisher and when
I went to use the e-mail option I entered my Outlook setting incorrectly. Can
someone tell me how to go in and change those settings? I have not been
successful in finding the answer on my own! Thanks!

The actual outlook settings. When I first tried to e-mail the newsletter I
had to put in the outlook settings (pop account, account name, password,
etc.). I hope that makes sense! Thanks!

That is handled within Outlook, not Publisher.
