HOW DO I RECOVER AN UNSAVED DOCUMENT IN WORD ?

i need quick help please ...i didnt save a document and lost it, it was hours
of work, can anyone help me? is there a way to get it back ?

If you didn't save it, it's gone. To avoid this in future, set word to
create backups (tools > options > save > always create backup copy) and
every time you pause for thought, press CTR:+S to save the document. Working
for hours on a document without saving is unnecessarily reckless.
