How do I register if I have lost the ID numbers on the case?

I have had my computer for 3 years, with Microsoft Works on it. It crashed a
couple of days ago, and I had to reload everything. I cannot find my case
with the id number on it, but I have all my disks. I reloaded everything,
but cannot get into Microsoft Word until I put in the ID numbers. How can I
get these numbers or bypass this screen?
