How do I register my Microsoft Office Home Use Program?

It is asking me to register my product. When I click next it tells me I am
not connected to the internet, even though I am. I am currently in Scotland
with my laptop and do not have access to a phone. What should I do?

Registration is optional, activation isn't. Telephone activation should be
