How do I reinstall Outlook Express?

I installed Office 2002 as an upgrade to Office 2000. Now Outlook Express
only receives but I cannot send or reply, etc. It errs saying Address Book
did not load, reinstall OE. How do I do this? I do not have a disk. Can I
reinstall from existing files? Do I need to uninstall?
