How do I repeat any command in Publisher (ie, a delete page command so I
don't have to individually delete each page?

Dunno.

But in my version ( Pub 2007), all I have to do to delete a ton of
pages is hold down the CTRL key, click all the pages I want to delete
in the bottom listing, then delete.

Depends on what version. If 2003 for example:

A) You cannot select & delete multiple pages at once,

B) "Delete" is not a repeatable command, so the typical keystrokes (Ctrl+Y
or F4) won't help you here. They do work for other (repeatable) actions.

I'd suggest you look into adding a Delete button to a toolbar (perhaps with
a shortcut key?) or using the Rt-Click technique rather than repeatedly
having to go to the Edit menu.
