How did you create the watermark? Using Show/Hide from the View menu?
Version of Office?

I'm not sure how to do what you said. I just followed the directions in the
help files that said to go to format pick backgroung then printed
watermark..etc... Do you know a better way and more importantly, one in which
I can put the watermark where I want it to be? If so, please let me know.
Office 10! Thank you very much!

The easiest way to do this is to first remove the watermark. Then if
you want it to appear only on the first page then:

- Go to File/Page Setup
- Click the Layout tab
- Turn on "Different First Page"

Go to the first page of the document and add the watermark back. It
should now appear only on the first page.

Since watermarks are placed in the Header/Footer layer of the
document, go to View/Header and Footer and move/size it according to
your preferences.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
