how do i resize a doc

i have created a document in publisher (a flyer) a4 size but ideally want it
as a5 size(2 per a4 sheet) anyone help?

Select custom in page setup, landscape, type 14.85cm width. Publisher will say
it will print two copies per sheet.

Open your large publication. Its the old copy/paste trick.

After you paste a text box, select your text box, format, Autofit text, shrink
text on overflow, resize the text box. Images are easier.
