how do I restore deleted publisher files

I had a 13 page newsletter that was accidently deleted. Nothing in the
recycle bin and I have not emptied it. Can that file be restored?

You might be able to find an old version in your temp folders - Start >
Run, type %temp%, click OK. Look for files named pub*.tmp, copy them to
the desktop, rename them to .pub files and try opening them.
