how do i retrieve a deleted word item

Hi learning,

You have posted your question on a newgroup for Microsoft Project, a project
management scheduling tool. I believe you would get better guidance posting
to a Microsoft Word newgroup or perhaps a newgroup for your computer's
operating system (Windows XP, Windows 2000).
