How do I rotate a printout of a document in OneNote?

I have a PDF document that was written landscape and I want to attach it as
printout on a page in OneNote 2007. Is there any way to rotate the printout
so the text is the way it should be read?

The document was printed to PDF landscaped? You could rotate it, but it
will rotate the text too. Is this a PDF that is text searchable - where you
can select, copy and paste the text out of it?
