How do I run PowerPoint 2000 and 2002 on the same computer?

I'm running PowerPoint 2002 on my computer, but many of my clients are still
running PowerPoint 2000. I want to be able to create presentations in 2000
for the clients and be able to adequately test them before I handoff the
project. But, I still want to use 2002 for other things. Can I run both
versions on the same computer? If so, how do I do the install?

Two things you can do:

(1) Disable the new features in 2002. This will make 2002 behave just
like 2000. This might not be sufficient for testing purposes, but it is
a good idea for creating presentations in 2002 that are compatible with
2000. You can do this by going to the Tools menu and choosing Options.
Click on the Edit tab, and check all the boxes under Disable New
Features.

(2) I believe that you can have both running on your system, but I think
(I have never done this before) that the expert advice is to uninstall
Office 2002, install PowerPoint 2000, and reinstall Office 2002. I don't
think you ever want to install an older version after the newer version.
Perhaps, someone who has done this will chime in with a more official
answer.

You need to install them in order Office 2000 first then Office XP
And during the installation you need to choose custom installation and
change the installation directory for both installs to different directorys
such as for Office 2000
c:\program files\Office2000\
then for Office XP
C:\program files\Office2002\
