How do I save my emails on hardrive or CD?

E

Editor

Hi,

I don't know how much longer I will have access to my Outlook account.
Therefore I would like to save all my emails on hardrive or CD in a way that
I can read them later again. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Individual messages: File, Save As.

Many messages (all in a folder such as inbox): File, Import and Export,
Export to File.

If you will have access to any version of Outlook, not Express, save your
..pst file. If you only want messages, then create a folder, select all of
your mail that you want to save, and then right click and drag the messages
to the folder. They will be saved as .msg files.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
