How do I save/send a report/view that includes large notes?

Mongo

I'm using project mainly as a manager for very large to do lists rather than
for the full project planning tools. However, for various reasons I want to
send reports to other users who do not have MS Project, and have substantial
amounts of text in the Notes field. I have tried saving as a web page, as
Excel work book etc, however all these methods cut of Notes and only store
the first line. I can get an agreeable format from printing a view (iwht the
numbers notes on a seperate page) but I can only get that in a hardcopy
form. Can anyone help me please?

Mike thanks very much for your reply, however it's not quite what I'm after.
Although I can capture an image of the table like that, the notes are still
truncated unless I remove all the carrage returns from the note. I really do
need these as there as quite a lot if infor in there and I will add to it
periodically. Having one long line of text would be difficult.

Unfortunately I cannot use any 3rd party viewers as I work in a large
international company, and there are controls on what software can be
installed.

I've heard mention of people acheiving export of information to excel via
VBA enabling the full notes to be included?
